Tongkang Art Empire (TOA) was founded on 1st January 2019 by Mohd Rushdi bin Ahmad, a Fine Art degree graduate from UiTM Shah Alam with over 10 years of hands-on experience in mural painting.
TOA brings together a talented team of Fine Art graduates and skilled artists to deliver world-class mural and art services across Malaysia — from government public art projects to intimate home commissions.
